The scale doesn't always tell the truth ⚖️
Daily fluctuations can be caused by fluid, salt and even carb intake! Look out for Non-Scale wins like fitness levels and how your clothes fit. Keep an eye on long term trends (zoom out) with your weight loss, these are more accurate ♥️
