FRONT SHOP​ ASSISTANT (Medicare Kriel Pharmacy)

Medicare Kriel Pharmacy requires a results driven Front Shop​ Assistant with a passion for healthcare under the supervision of a Front Shop Leader or Clinical Leader to drive member service.

​

Purpose:

The Front Shop​ Assistant​ has to provide high standards of care and service to our members through the daily operations of the Medicare member service principles.

​

Key Performance Areas:

​

Lead Member Experience

·​ ​ Ensure that the Medicare driving principles of exceptional service is applied consistently enabling unrivalled healthcare and member loyalty

·​ ​ Ensure that members are approached in an appropriate, friendly and welcoming manner to establish and meet the needs of the members

Lead Team

·​ ​ Effectively contribute towards the team achieving the required level of performance

Lead Business

·​ ​ Cycle counts, monitor stock levels and drive stock availability

·​ ​ Complete member transaction effectively​

·​ ​ Ensure that the front shop shelves are clean and neatly packed at all times according to the Medicare standards

·​ ​ Ensure the till float balances daily​

Lead Self

·​ ​ Commitment towards growth and development as a Healthcare Professional

Requirements:

·​ ​ Matric certificate

·​ ​ Computer literacy

·​ ​ 2 years working experience in a member/ customer orientated environment

·​ ​ Cashier experience non - negotiable​

·​ ​ Ability to display empathy

·​ ​ Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
