Is EMS training a new thing? How and when did this method of exercise get so popular? Is it true that professionals make use of this technology to get stronger?

EMS technology was initially developed during the 1960s. Full-Body EMS was developed in Europe in the early 2000s, with the assistance of the Klitschko brothers (boxing), players from FC Bayern Munich, and the German National Soccer who utilized the technology to gain an edge in athletic competition. Full-body EMS became a routine training method for soccer players after teams like Real Madrid began to follow the trend. Usain Bolt famously incorporated Full-Body EMS into his training routine while recovering from injury before breaking multiple world records at the 2008 Olympic Games. Around 2010, Full-Body EMS became mainstream in Europe and rapidly spread across the globe.

Everyone wants to lose weight fast, yes, but the only way you can keep the weight off is to adopt healthier habits and implement changes. This means staying away from fad diets, they may offer quick weight loss, but they come with potential risks and negative effects that you should be mindful of. Rather than relying on these diets, it's essential to concentrate on implementing sustainable lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet, and seeking professional support when dealing with weight management challenges. You can reach your weight loss goals by consuming a variety of nutritious foods, engaging in regular physical activity, and learning to manage stress effectively.

On the other hand, if you want to increase your body mass, you should focus on eating larger portions of healthy foods such as eggs, low-GI carbs, nuts, fibrous vegetables, fruits, and lean meats such as fish and poultry. By increasing your calorie intake to a surplus with those foods, you will start gaining weight without putting your health at risk.
