We were honoured to support Pelonomi Tertiary Hospital’s celebration of World Prematurity Day.

Each year, on 17 November, the world comes together to recognise the strength of babies born too soon and the incredible families and caregivers who support them. As Pelonomi marks this important day on 21 November 2025, we were proud to contribute by donating gift bags filled with essential baby-care items to help families during this delicate journey.

It’s a privilege to stand alongside the dedicated healthcare teams making a difference every day.

We are incredibly proud to be part of this historic milestone!

Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital is now the first public healthcare facility in South Africa to introduce the advanced Voluson Signature 18 ultrasound systems — setting a new benchmark for maternal and fetal care.

Through our collaboration with the University of Witwatersrand, this achievement reflects our shared commitment to strengthening Gauteng’s healthcare system and improving the safety and well-being of mothers and babies. We’re equally excited about the launch of the Centre of Excellence in Obstetrics Ultrasound, which will drive training, innovation, and long-term capacity building.

A note of thanks and compliments to you and your staff In Johannesburg for the great service I have received over the past 4 years.

Sydney NDLOVU has been very professional and helpful whilst attending to all requests and assessments for Discovery Medical Aid in addition to any other service I have requested.
In addition, I have on occasion needed the service department for my portable Kingon machine, Victor has gone above and beyond to assist me in that regard!
