Martin Brown you are the best! Taking "after sales service" to the next level again.

After my galavanting session yesterday my wheelchair decided it wanted to go on strike late afternoon. The control panel went into a complete tizz with the lights flashing in no particular sequence or order and I was stuck on my mom's stoep. After spending what felt like hours trying to figure out (and googling 😉) at around 18.30 I sent Martin a message out of desperation. He immediately answered my whattsapp starting to troubleshoot a chair that's not even his brand. (I travel with my CE Mobility chair as my Dassie is too big, heavy and powerful for planes and car boots). When he ran out of ideas and could just say that he couldn't help me he did not, but in stead "phoned a friend". With Martin's knowledge and uncle Dirk's technical understanding and savvy around 10pm last night uncle Dirk found that one of the tiny wires inside the input plug had pulled out. He reattached it and voila! I'm back on the road 💪

Anyone in the market for a specialised wheelchair or mobility scooter that needs a company that does exceptional after sales service look no further than Radical Mobility !

P.S this was not the first time that Martin assisted me out of office hours either. I usually get stuck on Saturday or Sunday afternoons and he's talked me through being my own "wheelchair mechanic" several times before 🤦
