Sciatica isn’t a diagnosis — it’s a symptom 🌿
The term sciatica refers to irritation of the sciatic nerve, which can cause pain that travels along the course of the nerve, often from the lower back into the hip, leg, or foot. It may also be accompanied by numbness, tingling, or weakness. 🤍

For some people, it may be linked to spinal nerve compression.
For others, it can be caused by direct irritation of the sciatic nerve from tight or overworked muscles in the lower back, hips, or legs.
