As I reflect on the past week I am grateful for all the experiences I was exposed to. Being a firm believer in continuous learning it was a productive week. Trauma and Tension Release(TRE) Supervision, Polyvagal theory and TRE with Children and Teens. Tomorrow will be about resting and renew for n new challenging week.
