Today I have begun the process of taking back that which COVID robbed me of 2-1/2 years ago.
Mostly long covid lethargy and loss of crude balance. I will be using the best-published science.

Please note you can be helped.
The difficult ones are those folk who have never had noticeable covid but go on to get long covid.
European studies suggest that 50 to 80 % of folk will have one long covid symptom that persists for more than a year.

I will keep you all updated on my progress.
