|| You should get regular eye exams even if you don't have vision problems.

•` TRUE ;
- Just like your regular visits to your primary doctor, doing eye exams regularly is a vital part of health care. The reason being is that many eye diseases don't show early symptoms. So eye exams that are done regularly may help catch a number of vision👁️ conditions before they become serious.

The ages between 18-60 should get an eye exam every 2 years. Seniors 61 and above should receive annual exams.

MYTHS AND FACTS :

1. Eating carrot will improve your vision.

🥕🥕° Carrots have a high amount of vitamin A, nutrients which is essential for the body to maintain healthy eyesight, however just a small amount of vitamin A is needed for vision. Vitamin A only helps in maintaining good eyesight BUT it really won't improve your vision or keep you from needing glasses or contacts.

2. You can improve your vision with eye exercises.

👀🦾° Vision cannot be improved by eye exercises neither will it reduce the need for glasses.

3. Looking directly at the sun - can improve your health.

🌞🌞° Without wearing the right eye protection and staring at the sun can cause damage to your retina permanently or cause blindness. A special purpose solar filter that meet ISO standard is the only way , which is why clients are strongly advised
to add pgx ( sungray) for prevention.
