I’m Jay-C, a 24 year old passionate OT graduate from the University of Pretoria.

I completed my commserve in Delareyville - a very small rural area in the heart of NW. In my commserve year, I realised the need for OT and what difference we ought to make in a community.

This is my motto and belief in which I approach therapy:
“Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours.
Yours are the eyes with which he looks.
Compassion on this world.
Yours are the feet with which He walks to do good.
Yours are the hands, with which He blesses all the world.” 🙌🏼

I’m Aneeqah. I graduated in 2020 from the University of Cape Town and completed my community service in Bloemfontein, Free State.
I became interested in occupational therapy through a program at school, as well as with family members that engaged with occupational therapists after a stroke.

I believe everyone has the right and the ability to participate in any occupation they desire, and I love that occupational therapy ensures that. I enjoy building relationships with patients and empowering them to reach their desired goals.

I am very grateful and proud to be the C in TLC.

I’m a passionate occupational therapist with a background in neurology and physical rehabilitation. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others regain independence and improve their quality of life.

In my role as an occupational therapist, I have had the privilege of working in various areas of OT, but my heart has always been drawn back to the fields of neurology and physical rehabilitation. These areas allow me to make a meaningful impact on individuals’ lives by helping them overcome challenges, regain function, and achieve their goals.

I am a dedicated and compassionate rehabilitation professional with over 9 years of experience in the field. A proud alumnus of Stellenbosch University, graduated in 2013 and subsequently completed my community service year at 1 Military Hospital in Pretoria. Since then, I have been an integral part of the team at Life Vincent Palotti Rehab, where my passion for rehabilitation and collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals has been of unmeasurable value.

I graduated from UCT in 2013 and did my community service year in the Cederberg district in 2014.

I studied Occupational Therapy as I always had a passion for helping people. Since university I really enjoyed working in the field of physical rehabilitation and have been working in this field since 2015 at Life Vincent Pallotti Rehab.

I am now grateful to be the T of TLC Occupational Therapists.

What keeps me going to work everyday and continuing to do what I do?? It’s the smile on people’s faces after they can now do something that they could not do the day before (no matter how small it is) and knowing that I could make a difference in people’s lives.
