This comes with great pleasure to post this mans incredible journey , you have come a long way but stuck to your goals and focusing on losing the weight, you never moaned or complained once.This is not only a life changing experience for yourself but definitely one for me as I could do my part in helping you achieve your weight goal.We did it in under a year from weighing in at 154kgs to now weighing in at 97kgs .Mark Botha you are incredible my friend and a inspiration to so many showing that anything is possible.This photo says it all.
