Gluten-free banana 🍌 sunshine☀️ pancakes (because we need some sunshine 😉 in this winter rainy Western Cape weather 🌈)

Recipe:
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup potato starch
1/4 cup tapioca flour
Some Himalayan salt
3x eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
2 Tblsp coconut oil
2x smashed bananas
