The Health Provider is called COMPLEX because it is made of 2 hospitals, Lehurutshe (LDH) & Zeerust (ZDH) District Hospitals.

LDH shares services with ZDH; therefore, patients needing a specific service are transferred between the hospitals. LDH has 105 approved beds of which 94 are useable. On average, the inpatient bed utilization rate is 50%-60%. The outpatient’s department (OPD) see an average of approximately 65 patients daily. LDH services include:
• Paediatric ward
• Maternity ward
• Maternity Waiting Home
• Female Gynaecology ward
• OPD, Casualty
• Dental services
• Operating theatre (24 hours)
• Physiotherapy
• Occupational therapy
• Dietetics
• Radiology
• Laboratory
• Pharmacy
• Wellness Clinic
• Clinical Psychology
• Social Work

On the other hand, ZDH has 84 approved beds of which 70 are useable. Its average inpatient bed utilization rate is 51% - 57% and around 60 patients are consulted at the OPD daily. ZDH services include:
• Male ward
• Female ward
• Radiology
• Pharmacy
• Physiotherapy services
• Occupational Therapy
• Clinical Psychology
• OPD, Casualty
• Wellness Clinic
• Dietetics
• Social workers
HIV TREATMENT AND CARE
The Zeerust Wellness Clinic, based in ZDH, has a client base of 194 adults and children.
