Exercise can have so many benefits and is usually really underrated for the good that it can do for your health 🤸‍♀️

You don't have to do anything major or start training for the comrades 😅

Sometimes making small changes and adding short periods of physical activity to your day can make the biggest difference 😁

Start by adding these few helpful tips to your everyday life:
🟣If you sit and work the whole day, try to get up every 30minutes to walk around the office or stretch at your desk.
🟣Go for a brisk walk in the mornings before work or in the afternoons when getting home.
🟣Download an exercise app for at home workouts that offer you anything from 10-60 minute workouts (Even 10 minutes of exercise a day is better than nothing).
🟣Join a group class where the instructor or other participants can hold you accountable.
🟣Participate in community sport days or join the park run.
