Diana du Preez Counselling Therapy I am a registered counsellor at CCSA and have recently opened a unique and highly beneficial counselling service in Lephalale.

I firmly believe in an authentic and personal contribution between client and counsellor. I provide a private, non-judgemental environment to my clients to communicate and express their emotions, experiences and difficulties in order to facilitate growth. Counselling is a unique process of self-development and change and is frequently seen as a response to immediate problems or difficulties. I believe that we have unexplored strengths within us and that we are all capable of incredible growth. Counselling helps us to discover within ourselves these strengths and competencies we need to overcome our challenges. Counselling therapy includes exploring your feelings, view and behaviour to assess the impact this has on your life. The goal of counselling is to enable you to ease the hardship you experience and to enhance the quality of the relationship you have with others and yourself.
