Hierdie program is ook as potgooi beskikbaar.

Handwriting isn’t just about putting pencil to paper—it’s a whole-body process! When kids struggle with keeping letters on the line, it often comes down to visual-motor integration, spatial perception, and core stability.

📏 So, how do we help kids develop these skills? Instead of jumping straight into letter drills, we can train the brain through fun, engaging activities—like doodling!

Instead of letters, kids practice with bunnies, robots, and fun doodles first—easing frustration and strengthening foundational handwriting skills in the process.

Not understanding something right away doesn’t mean they aren’t smart.

Did you know that we offer school-based occupational therapy services? This means that, on top of the services offered at our practice in Robindale, we travel to the following schools in Randburg as well:
Laerskool Fontainebleau
Fonties Pre-Primêr
Alpha Academy Akademie
BUNS | Bryanston United Nursery School
BOFS Pre & Primary School
Kildrummy Pre-Primary

Some of the benefits of therapy offered at school include:
🌟 Better accessibility to therapy, as children are seen within their school environment and parents don't have to travel to therapy outside of school hours.
🌟 Improved engagement in the classroom, which in turn enhances academic performance. This is because we are able to work directly with your child's teacher to offer specific support and accommodations they might need in then classroom.
🌟 Improved regulation at school, enhancing play, participation in routine, and social interaction at school.
🌟 Support and guidance for teachers and staff, to assist them in supporting children's individual needs at school.

We are extremely passionate about collaborating with teachers and school staff to provide personalised support for each child!
