Let it be known, if you are reading this, I know it’s hard. Staying in bed the whole day sounds like a good idea, but when you are ready to reach out, I’m here. They say it’s easier to talk to a stranger, trust me I won’t judge, my life is too messed up to be doing such.

It took me years to discover my purpose and I have managed to sum it up in one of my few motto: Reach One, Help One.

Yesterday I went out to hand out flyers for the bootcamp and on it I attached a page that outlined the purpose of KK Wellness.
My mother was concerned that once people read it they will be judgmental or that they would have something to hold against me.
I understood her concern but I also explained to her what she is afraid of is stigma. So by freely talking about my struggles with mental health, that it gives someone hope and to get the help that they want.

As hard as it was and even the pain in the legs the following day, fun was had on Saturday. We will be here again on Saturday 8am-9am and R50 at the gate. Water is always available and we offer ginger tea after the session, if you want to chat and get to know and learn more about what we at KK Wellness want to offer. ❤❤
