We want to remind you to keep up your dental routine as we observe September as National Oral Health Month, which is supported by the South African Dental Association. 🦷🦷

Gum disease and cavities are two frequent oral health issues that can be avoided with proper dental hygiene. Maintaining proper dental hygiene not only guarantees a lovely smile but also benefits your health, as gum disease has been connected to diabetes, coronary heart disease, and unfavourable pregnancy outcomes.

Dental advice:
1. Floss and brush your teeth twice a day
2. Drink water, limit sugar and eat healthy
3. Change your toothbrush atleast four times a year
4. See the dentist! Schedule an appointment and visit your dentist atleast TWICE a year
