This Saturday, 19 July 2025, from 9am, Health at Hart Medical Practice will be hosting a Soup Kitchen. Donations of clean, pre-loved warm clothing and blankets are greatly appreciated. We also welcome oranges/bread/naartjies. If you're able to assist, please drop off your donations at our office before Saturday. The team at Health at Hart Medical Practice would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Glynnis Liedeman for her tireless efforts in serving our community over the past five months while Dr Hartogh received breast cancer treatment. We wish her all the best in her future pursuits.

We are delighted to welcome Dr Clementine Brink to our practice. Let us take a moment to introduce ourselves to Dr Brink and offer a warm welcome.

"I am a first-generation medical doctor and women of colour in South Africa. I am deeply rooted in values including integrity, compassion and faith. I completed my medical degree at the University of Cape Town (UCT) with a distinction in the clinical sciences in 2020. I completed two years of internship in Gqeberha and thereafter went to Limpopo for my community service year. I am a proponent of mental well-being and promoting holistic health care that is evidenced based. I subsequently worked as a Research Medical Officer for UCT, exclusively treating people living with HIV and TB. I was drawn back into full time clinical work while working as a locum in subacute rehabilitation hospitals where my interest in palliative care grew. I am currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Palliative Medicine at UCT to formalise my expertise. I am passionate about management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension and treating common conditions efficiently.
Personally I’m an avid lover of podcasts, walks in nature and being an Aunt to my three beautiful nephews."
