As we enter the new year, we reflect on 2025.

What a year 2025 has been!

It was a year filled with challenges, obstacles and new adventures. Inevitably, we all experienced growth, discovered hidden strengths and were once again humbled by God's faithfulness and blessing.

We thank each patient for trusting us with your health and wellbeing. Thank you for your loyal and continuous support throughout 2025. You are the reason we do what we do! We are looking forward to continue the journey with you in 2026!

CELEBRATING 2025

The Melinda Bierman Inc team celebrated the end of a blessed 2025 by spending a day at the Ceramic Cafe.

While maintenance is being done at our rooms, we took the time to nurture our creative side and bond over pottery, paint and excellent food.

The year was not without its challenges, but by the grace of God we can look back and say without a doubt that God is good!

We are grateful for a year filled with new projects, new qualifications, new team members and new experiences.

🥳CONGRATULATIONS

We are very proud to announce that another one of our physiotherapists are now a qualified APPI matwork pilates instructor after recently passing her exams.

This achievement came after the cumulation of many hours of hard work!

The international APPI matwork qualification consists of:
- attendance of 3 modules
- observation hours
- practical teaching hours
- attending class as a student
- case studies
- theory exam
- practical eaxm

🥇She received a score of 82% for her theory exam and 81% for her practical exam!

ANKLE SPRAINS: LONG-TERM PROBLEMS

Ankle sprains are common injuries among all walks of life.

After an ankle sprain, we generally just push through the first few days of swelling and pain, and think everything is A-Okay once we can walk with just that slight limp...but are you aware of the consequences of not treating an ankle sprain properly?

Research shows that a simple ankle sprain may increase your risk of recurrence. It may also lead to long-term problems such as instability and pain.
