The "BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER" Gang of the ANCESTORS.
When we say uneDlozi loMnguni it simply means you have iDlozi that is blood related and a direct blood relative who was a healer that maybe didn't finish their ntwaso or did practice UBUNGOMA and wants to pass it down to you.. It's either your great grandmother/great grandfather. They are your protectors and your guide with everything that has to do with your calling and your ancestors as a whole.
Most of the different Nguni-tribes trace their lineage to Mnguni, the King of the unified (pre-Zulu, pre-Xhosa, pre-Ndebele, pre-Swazi etc.)
This is why one will be Zulu or any other tribe but have a Swati Dlozi or Xhosa Dlozi.
This is the ANCESTOR that announces itself with a name and that name becomes your DLOZI name for how people will address you edlozini because you will no longer be YOU but you'll become the ANCESTOR within. This happens when you go ePhehlweni, When you go fetch iDlozi or when your are basically ripe & ready.
