FIRA could hereby confirm that we have spoken to the minister of Home Affairs of the Democratic Alliance .

We would be meeting soon to discuss the gaps and challenges by the funeral industry affecting parlours and the general public.

FIRA would also provide them with solutions to adress and overcome the problem areas based on the proposals we've submitted to the former General and National in an attempt to any action by the industry.

FIRA opposes any action that affect the public but seek Home Affairs to adress the industries concerns, their business and that of financial services.

FIRA proposals and solutions has been ignored since 2016, it would have prevented any action by the industry as noted below.
