As the countdown progresses, i find myself in this weird no-man's land 🚷 there's nothing to do now - all The Things are done, all the bags are more-or-less packed, all the money and visas are arranged - there is nothing to do but wait... and it's in this between-time that keeping to a routine feels like it's my sanity - routine is anchoring, and without it i'd be free-floating 🎈

As we preach it, so it is...consistency is an uderrated superpower 🦹

🫂 To every person that has lent me, and offered to lend me warm clothes, jackets and boots, thank you!!! ⛄️ Denver is having a mild winter (so far), with temps hovering between 4 and 12°c - a giant leap from our 37° 🥵 but every layer counts, and I appreciate you more than you know ♥

The suitcase is packed and weighing in at a modest 15kg... even though there are 7 to spare, that's all the winter clothes I have 😂🤣😂

😵it's 8 more sleeps til the epic and mammoth journey from Sunny South Africa to the snowy winter of Denver Colorado🌬️

Bringing the information from The Root Cause Protocol to South Africa and using it as a new lens for has been a game-changer, and, now that i have the itinerary for the conference in Denver, it's clear that every client will benefit massively from the info that's going to (hopefully) into my brain 😎

A big bouquet to KA Fitness Centre 💪 we did a great workshop this morning, learning how to understand the Hierarchy of Hormones, and how to support our body in it's effort at finding balance....

🥵👀Seeing with your own eyes the results of the choices you made & watching the red blood cells change and improve as you learn to give yourbody what it really really wants is a very empowering thing indeed 💪

If you have known me for any length of time, you'll be well aware that i have been labelled 'anaemic' for 35 years...

Last year I did the intensive mineral training with The Root Cause Protocol, and imagine my brain blowout to hear "there's no such thing as anaemia, unless you're bleeding out"... so, 👂being prepared to hear, 🗒 being willing to unlearn and relearn, and 💪 putting in the effort, (because ), I have now completed my 4th IN A ROW!!

so if you hear me teaching you what i have learnt, this is 1 reason why (....& there are more than this for those who are keen)
