The Mind - What you think is conditioned through your upbringing, environment, education systems, religion traumas etc. This information is capture in your subconscious and makes you to think and act in a certain way. It determines what is right and wrong and therefore release feelings and emotions. These thoughts resulted in emotions that release good or bad chemicals.

The Body β Put the right food in your body and exercise. It also contributes to what you think and that feeling of bliss or happiness. Way of eating and exercising is simple. You can also do the exercise from a special design chair while meditating. This is also very suitable for old age and for anyone with a physical problem. When your thoughts is in the past it is normally about guilt feelings, trauma, not good enough etc. When your thoughts is in the future itβs mostly about fear, anger security etc. Meditation helps you to be conscious and to be in the present (God) moment. Then silence of the mind is kicking in and then you can work on your prayers and relationship with God. Your mind is now very focus and you are able to change your way of thinking and habits. You do have now access to your sub conscious or conditioned mind and have the ability to change your way of thinking. In this state of mind healing also took place, emotional and physical.
