The yoga is sweet, the food is even sweeter, and the experience? Pure magic.

Join us on 28 February for an immersive journey inward. We’ll be using wireless headsets, so while you flow, the world fades away and sweet, intentional sounds play right in your ears. It’s just you, the teacher's voice, your breath, and the music—no distractions, just deep connection.

Once we’ve finished our flow, we transition into a delicious brunch to nourish the body and connect with our community. It’s the perfect time to share the energy of the morning and enjoy some incredible flavors together.

Don't forget to book your spot! Because we use specialized headsets, space is strictly limited. It’s like a silent disco for your soul followed by a feast for your senses!

Come enjoy a fun filled yoga class - with a difference! You bring your own yoga mat or blanket, and we will bring our adorable puppies to join the class.

Open to all levels.
