Your upper back plays a vital role in supporting posture, shoulder stability, and everyday movement — yet it’s often weak and tight from hours of sitting and looking down.

These exercises help activate and strengthen the muscles between your shoulder blades, improve mobility, and release built-up tension.

With consistent practice, you may notice:
• Improved posture
• Reduced neck and shoulder tension
• Less stiffness and discomfort
• Greater strength and support in daily movement

Small, intentional movements can make a powerful difference.

Finding your neutral pelvis is the foundation of strong, pain-free movement.
When you move from neutral, the body can do what it’s designed to do:

• Relieve back pain
• Naturally connect and support the core
• Flatten and strengthen the tummy/abdominals
• Create space and openness in the lower back
• Release tight QLs (quadratus lumborum)
• Help correct lower crossed syndrome

If you struggle to find or adjust your pelvis, try practicing lying on the floor with your knees bent, or standing against a wall. The support and feedback make it much easier to feel where neutral really is.

Small adjustments. Big changes.
