Nonprofit Description

XiluvaXamama 201-220 NPO is a non-profit organization which is founded by Mrs. NE Nanni in July 2017 registered in 18 December 2017, the conception of the NPO came about, when seeking help with my own daughter’s eating disorder illness (Anorexia Nervosa) and could not find a clinic or a hospital to can treat her. Akeso Clinics in Nelspruit next to Kiaat Hospital do not work with kids as young as 8 year to 15 years, due to stringed laws and licensing; hence I took it upon myself to start an NPO.

Mission

XiluvaxaMama is dedicated to improving the social health and quality of life for children, adults, and families living with Eating Disorders amongst Children; Depression among kids; Alcoholism and Autism disease, because “sickness has no boundaries and compassion has no limits.”

Problems XiluvaxaMama is solving?

My advocacy and / Cause are:

· Eating Disorders amongst Children (as young as 6-upwards)

o My passion is to help young kids by addressing the problems whiles they still young, it’s easy to remedy the situation and as adults their better equipped to handle their problems and challenges.

· Depression amongst kids; Alcoholism amongst children.

o Feeling of sadness or loss of interest that characterizes major depression can lead to a range of behavioral and physical symptoms. These may include changes in sleep, appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior or self-esteem. Depression can also be associated with thoughts of su***de.

o This usually happen when kids suffer great trauma in form of their parents separating, death in a family, being moved from one place to the next, in most cases its separated parents amongst other things.

· Supporting Autism; as that is not supported and a not lot is done on that; I have friends that have kids suffering from the disorder

o Autism is a mental condition, present from early childhood, characterized by great difficulty in communicating and forming relationships with other people and in using language and abstract concepts.
