Thank you BIAS - Behavioral Interventions And Solutions, LLC. This is a wonderful daily schedule with activities ideas to use during the holidays.

EDITED: You can now access the printable PDF version of this schedule by clicking this link: http://bit.ly/BIASDailyHomeSchedule. It will no longer be available via the store on my website.

In the wake of the vast number of school closings, I have created this FREE daily schedule and activity list printable for parents.

The first thing the majority of people asked for over the last few days is some type of printable schedule. Many families are just starting to find out that their children will be out of school for the next 4-6 weeks, and are coming to the realization that in order to maintain continuity they will need to implement a structured schedule.

I created a sample schedule for you, as well as a list of activity ideas for each category. Are the schedule times or order of activities not quite right? Print it out, cut out the strips apart, reorder them to your liking and then glue it to a plain sheet of paper. You can even write in your own times next to each activity. Make learning from home a breeze by scheduling and alternating preferred and non-preferred activities.

Wow, MOTHERCOULD! Thank you for reminding us to see the glass half full!

Here are some wonderful activities to keep in mind for the mommies and daddies who are helping to flatten the curve!

🍷GLASS HALF FULL🍷
So yeah, I talk a lot about the children, but what about us? 😜 Staying at home doesn’t have to be so daunting and isolating. 👉🏼 Social distancing is a MUST at the moment and is the only proven way to slow the spread of Covid-19. Here are some opportunities I found to approach the situation in a positive way. 🌟How often do we have a chance to slow things down and focus on one day at a time? ❤️ Please share some things you are looking forward to doing during this unique time at home 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

Dear Parents,

I hope everyone is safe, healthy and taking the much needed time with their families during this time.

All children respond differently to these situations - Have a look at these tips for managing anxiety related to the Corona Virus.

I will share some activities soon to keep the little ones busy!

Stay safe!

I think we can all agree that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is pretty heavily on everyone's mind. I got a message from someone under quarantine in Italy who asked if I could make a graphic about how to handle the anxiety and fear of this whole thing and honestly that's hard to do because I'm anxious and afraid too.

The CDC and Mentalhealth.org.uk put out some great tips so I shared them in a blog post (link in comments) and made this image.

It's okay to be scared/anxious/depressed over what's happening around the world. It's okay to talk about it. It's okay to ramp up the self-care. It's okay to seek extra mental health support. Take care of yourself out there.
