A beautiful poem from our sister to her patients.
"Each Day I Come"
Each day,I come -not just to tend,
But as your friend-With steady hands and eyes that see.
The silent strength you give me.
A knock,a smile,the morning light-
I'm here again to make things right.
To clean,to dress,to gently mend.
To walk with you to the end.
Healing whispers in the air-
Just know we care.
The tape,the rinse,the bandage wrap,
They mark our rhythm, map by map.
But more than tools or sterile touch,
It's human grace that means so much.
You teach me courage, raw and true,
And I bring every part of me to you.
With every visit,hope is grown.
You're never mentioned to heal alone.
So when tomorrow comes again,
I'll be there,sister,gentle friend.
One wound , one heart,one day-together
Slowly we find our way.
