The Nelspruit Hospice is a non-profit organisation which provides quality home-based palliative care to people with life-threatening illnesses. We have Professional Nurses, who are palliative care-trained and who provide physical, psycho-social and spiritual support regardless of race, disease, religion or socio-economic situation. Palliative Care as defined by the World Health Organisation is: An approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families facing problems associated with life-threatening illnesses, through the prevention and relief of suffering, the early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psycho-social and spiritual. As the year comes to a close, well 84 days to be exact 😁, we at Nelspruit Hospice are reminded of the kindness and generosity of our community. We're launching our annual appeal for donations of pre-loved items that can make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Donate What You No Longer Need, Bring Joy to Those Who Need It Most! 🌻

We're looking for gently used items such as:

- Clothing, blankets, and soft toys
- Books, puzzles, and games
- Toiletries, cosmetics, and personal care items
- Household goods and kitchenware

Your donations will help us provide comfort, joy, and a sense of community to those in need. Every item, big or small, counts and will be put to good use.
