🍎Delicious Grain Free Breakfast!🍎
The lovely made me this delicious grain free porridge (no cooking!!) based on a recipe from 😊
It’s so quick and easy, gluten free, dairy free and vegan!
The best thing is you can totally customise it and even add in some 50 Superfoods or Plant Protein for an added protein boost 💯🍃😊
Here’s my version which I’ve made twice already, thanks Robs!
2 apples (Robyne used green apples, I used Crips Pink.
She peeled her apples but I didn’t the second time I made it and it was fine
In a blender place:
~2 apples (remove core and pips and chop roughly into big chunks) The recipe calls for 3 but depending on the size of your apples and if you add protein powder the portion is a little too big for me so I used 2 medium sized apples, experiment!)🍎
~ juice of half a lemon 🍋
~ 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
~ 2 dates pitted
~ 2 Tablespoons of walnuts
~ 2 Tablespoons of coconut flakes🥥
We didn’t have vanilla bean powder (the recipe calls for “a pinch”) and we left the raisins out as we didn’t want more sugar)
B L E N D (you may need to add a drop of water depending on the strength of your blender but only a tiny amount as you don’t want it runny)
Pour straight into a bowl and eat!!😍
If you want to get fancy you can add nuts,seeds, goji berries etc but honestly, just like this is so delicious!
