To keep your results consistent, we recommend booking your Skin-Cardio sessions every 14 days, with a maximum gap of 4 weeks. Longer than that and your skin slows right back down, and we’d much rather keep it performing at its best.
Because consistency is key, it’s best to book your appointments a few months in advance so your Skin-Cardio rhythm stays locked in for 2026.
