What is that one thing that he always wanted to do or experience but, sadly, was never able to? Why not honour her life's dreams by doing those things yourself in her name. Or do the things YOU'VE always wanted to do yourself, now, in his name. Go on that adventure, visit one or all the "one day..." places and when you're able to find a quiet moment just before doing it, smile and wink to the heavens: "We're doing this together!"😉

It's not hard to imagine that teenagers have anxious thoughts about death. They wonder about what happens after we die and don't even realise that thoughts about death cause stress and anxiety. We all find it hard to cope with these questions and feelings, but young people are especially vulnerable.

Young Post published an encouraging article about "why you shouldn't stress about death when it's just a part of the circle of life". It explores the notion that young people should not only receive education about life but also about death.
