Have you ever experienced silent chaos? 🤫

Read this again: "I used to think communication was the key 🔑 until I realized comprehension is. You can communicate all you want with someone, but if they don't understand you, it's silent chaos." 🌿

Lately, I've felt caught between silent chaos and just bottling everything up... But with baby steps and God by my side, I believe complete healing is possible. 🤍🙌🏻 (And there's peace in knowing not everyone will comprehend.) 😊

PREbiotics. Prebiotics are compounds that feed your probiotics. No, sugar is not welcome to the party. This is why eating whole foods high in fiber are so important. Aim to eat apples, walnuts, oats, and lentils (plus other fiber-rich foods) daily to feed your probiotics.
