We’re Hiring: Finance & Operations Support | Centurion (On-Site)

Our client in the FMCG and retail solutions industry is looking for a Finance and Operations Support professional to join their team in Centurion.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing financial administration, and wants to contribute to the smooth running of operational processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and VAT support.
Prepare and process invoices, supplier bills, and accounting entries.
Assist with month-end journals, reporting, and audit preparation.
Support operations with supplier coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate digital filing and financial record-keeping.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth finance and operational workflows.
Perform additional related duties aligned to the scope of this role.
What We’re Looking For:
Matric (required); a Finance/Accounting diploma is an advantage.
3–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, or office support.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAGE, Pastel, or similar systems.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential financial data.
Comfortable with cloud-based systems (Google Drive, SharePoint).
Resides within 20km of Centurion and can work full-time on-site.
