Many people are skeptical about seeking therapy and often avoid seeking help or reaching out to a therapist for many other reasons. Therapy and counselling could be beneficial - it's great for those who may be confronted with stressful day-to-day challenges such as work pressure. It also assists in allowing the individual more insight into their inner thoughts and
perspective and this facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself. Additionally, it helps one improve relationships with others and thus create reciprocal and mutually beneficial relationships.

There are many other benefits to therapy! These include: helping one through a transition in life (for example, divorce or changing careers), boosting creative thinking, helping one through addiction, and improving overall mental and physical health.
