Kawari Wholesaler and Distributor, a division of Medipost Holdings, is seeking a detail‑oriented QPB Assistant to join our team in Gezina. If you excel at customer care, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have wholesale and/or distribution pharmacy experience, we want to hear from you.

What you need
· Grade 12 certificate and Post‑basic Assistant qualification (SAPC), ideally in wholesale/distribution
· Prior experience in a customer‑centric role within pharmacy wholesale or distribution
· Strong attention to detail, systems literacy and a commitment to process compliance
· Excellent communication skills and a solutions‑focused mindset

Your key responsibilities
👉 Respond to customer queries and complaints with urgency. Set clear timelines and follow through
👉 Confirm receipt and availability of all email orders and ensure accurate, proactive communication
👉 Enter orders precisely in our stock management system and participate in the annual stock take
👉 Uphold Kawari’s SOPs, Good Warehousing and Distribution Practices, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations and our Quality Management System every day
