Key responsibilities
• Pick customer orders accurately, including scanning and bin number, product description, pack size, batch number, expiry date and quantity
• Prioritise urgent and back orders to meet customer expectations
• Hand completed orders to the Quality Assurance Department (QA) and packing stations
• Handle stock and tools carefully, reporting any damage immediately
• Maintain good housekeeping practices at all times
• Participate in cycle counts, unplanned counts and annual stocktakes

Minimum requirements
• Grade 12
• Picker: Learner with basic knowledge of the wholesale and/or distribution industry
• Experience in warehousing or distribution preferred

Competencies
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Ability to manage high workloads and strict deadlines
• Adherence to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
