My mission is to help enhance awareness, support and transform the health and consciousness of our communities into ones of optimal wellness and to help others on their journey achieve this by providing knowledge, guidance and tools.

The journey into achieving optimal health and wellness in body, mind and spirit begins with a balancing process. AcuDetox treatment helps detoxify the body & mind of toxins. Theories in Chinese medicine suggest that disease in the body and mind is caused by the presence of toxins. One can surmise that if the toxin causing the disease is removed then disease would go away. This is the key to attaining the balancing process that occurs almost immediately during treatment, which may make an individual to feel more receptive to other forms of therapy that may be needed on this journey into achieving optimal health and wellness.

Acurelief is based in Centurion, Pretoria and offers AcuDetox treatments, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and other related services with expertise and experience. Acurelief partners the use of ear acupuncture (Acudetox) treatment with years of coaching, counselling & therapy experience to assist more people in becoming centred and aims to assist clients on their journey in achieving optimal health and wellness in body, mind & spirit.
