What is Acupuncture Detoxification?
You might be wondering — what exactly is Acupuncture Detoxification?

It’s a gentle, non-verbal technique that uses five specific points on the outer ear to help the body and mind rebalance.

This method, known as the NADA 5-Point Protocol, was originally developed to support people recovering from addiction — but over the years, it’s been used successfully for so much more:

Before stepping into this work, I spent years in the corporate world — managing teams, chasing targets, carrying pressure, and keeping it together.

Over time, I realised that true performance begins with inner clarity. So I pursued a deep study of the mind: from Neuro-Linguistic Programming to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, Coaching, and Acupuncture Detoxification.
