Self-care isn’t selfish—it’s essential. Just like you can’t pour from an empty cup, you can’t give your best to others if you’re not taking care of yourself first. We’ve been conditioned that martyrdom or selflessness, is “good” and taking some time for yourself is “selfish”. You may have trouble identifying your needs and being able to set boundaries.

What Fills Your Cup?
Is it a morning yoga session? A quiet cup of tea? A walk in nature? Whatever it is, make time for it. It doesn’t have to be hours and hours, small self-care snacks can help ease you into finding what works. When you prioritize your own well-being, you can show up fully for the people and things you love.
