Vishal Ayurveda, a distinguished wellness center offering premium holistic and Ayurvedic treatments, is seeking a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist who can also confidently oversee day-to-day center operations.
We are looking for an individual who embodies excellence in client care, possesses strong organizational ability, and has a genuine desire to grow within the world of Ayurveda and holistic wellness.
Role Overview
🌿The successful candidate will perform high-quality spa and beauty treatments while managing the smooth running of the centre. This is a hybrid role blending therapeutic skill with leadership, guest relations, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities
Therapies & Treatments
Professional delivery of body massages including:
🌿Swedish
🌿Hot Stone
🌿Lomi Lomi
🌿Abhyanga (training can be provided)
Beauty treatments including:
🌿Facials
🌿Waxing
🌿Pedicures & Manicures
🌿Nail services: Gel and Acrylic applications
🌿Centre & Operational Management
Overseeing daily floor operations
🌿Ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard
🌿Upkeep of cleanliness, linen management, and stock readiness
🌿Supporting junior therapists where required
🌿Guest Relations & Reception
🌿Warmly welcoming guests and creating a nurturing client experience
🌿Managing bookings, check-ins, and payments
🌿Handling client queries with professionalism and grace
Ideal Candidate Profile
🌿3–5 years proven beauty or spa therapy experience
Strong technical competence across beauty and massage modalities
🌿A sincere interest in Ayurveda and willingness to learn traditional therapies
🌿Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail
🌿Ability to manage operations and work independently when required
