The Operations Manager is accountable for the operational and financial performance of the practice, with a clear mandate to increase profitability and turnover. โ๏ธImplement, maintain, and enforce comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all areas of the practice, including but not limited to bookings, walk-ins, document handling, patient flow, and complaint escalation.
โ๏ธContinuously review operational workflows using data and staff feedback to improve efficiency, reduce waiting times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
โ๏ธProactively identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to prevent service disruption.

โ๏ธIn-depth knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims procedures, and managing patient accounts.
โ๏ธProficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
โ๏ธStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
โ๏ธStrong administrative, reporting, and organisational skills.
