TONIC CULTURE is a small independently owned “Botique” Micro-Brewing company based in Cape Town South Africa.
We specializing in brewing kombucha using Rooibos tea, Green tea and Scoby cultures. Our Scobylicious Ice Teas are naturally infused, and high in probiotics
Kombucha dates back more than 2000 years and is known as the tea of immortality, it’s a link between healthy bacteria in the digestive system and strengthens your immune system. Kombucha is a probiotic that improves gut health, it contains antioxidants that can kill bacteria.
All our kombucha is brewed and bottled in glass, our products are handcrafted using Raw Kombucha Cultures as well as locally sourced ingredients. We have two sizes being a 250ml and 500ml bottle. We have a variety of flavors, our Rooibos Tea kombucha is produced in Original, Litchi, Pineapple and Peach.
