What I see in my practise,People are in denial about their health status.Years later when their health has transgressed so badly they land back on my bed.
I always wonder why we do what we do.

Think and ponder about this.What is preventing you from taking care of your health until it's almost to late.

Our health is our wealth.

If you don't take care of your health you will take care of your illness.

Food Intolerances

Eish.its day 2 and I'm still paying the price for eating stir fry pasta.

The deal is.i have a wheat intolerance.So no matter how little u eat if u have this condition it does not matter.It irritates the gut and will take up to 10 days to subside.Was it worth it.HELL NO
