Working at a desk can really play havoc on the body, and making time for regular exercise may be challenging too. That’s why I’ve put together a few micro workouts you can do while you’re at work, so you can get a little exercise and a slight flush of endorphins which will wake you up and keep you productive.
These exercises may have your colleagues talking as you may look a little odd doing them in the breakroom or at your desk but what is your health worth to you? Besides, once they see how easy they are, they’ll want to do them too!
These teeny micro workouts are more powerful than you might expect and doing them regularly will offer great results.
