I know it sounds silly, but I give you my word, Adult “Tummy Time” is a fantastic way to help correct your posture, strengthen your core and relieve neck pain from prolonged screen time. This is currently trending on TikTok and despite the cringey name, there are definitely benefits to consider.

Essentially, you’re just lying on your stomach for 10 to 20 minutes per day, either flat on your tummy or propped up on your elbows. This helps strengthen your neck and back muscles which is helpful if you suffer from neck pain.
