Lateral chain work- hard working mom - mentality, fiscally and mentally
In this session I’m working along the ITB (iliotibial band) and surrounding structures like the TFL and glutes.
A lot of people don’t realise that tightness in the outer thigh can contribute to:
• Lower back pain
• Hip discomfort
• Knee issues
The ITB itself is a strong fascial band, so instead of just “digging into it”, I focus on:
Releasing the muscles that feed into it
Improving tissue mobility
Restoring proper movement patterns
This type of treatment helps reduce tension through the entire lateral chain (from your foot all the way up to your head.)— allowing the body to move better, feel better, and recover faster.
