- If you're on a GLP-1 medication

The GLP-1 shot isn’t magic, this is ⬇️ 🪄

✨ Walking 7500 steps a day. I saw someone say “walking is the closest thing we have to a magic pill” and they’re so right. If you have working legs, use them.

✨ 3 high protein meals. Not 2 protein shakes and a couple snacks or grazing all day. Real, solid meals.

✨ Lifting heavy. To the point where you’re uncomfortable and struggling just a little to get through that last rep.

✨ Solid 7-8 hours of sleep. Turn off Netflix and stop scrolling, and go to bed an hour early, you’ll feel a difference in energy immediately.

✨ Eating your veggies/fruits. If we ate more produce and whole foods, a lot of our health issues would be solved.

✨ Getting uncomfortable. Do things outside of your comfort zone in all aspects of life, watch your tolerance and resilience grow, even in your health journey.

✨ Forgiving those who wronged you. Bitterness towards someone who wronged you eats away at you little by little. It literally rots the bones. Release it and feel instantly lighter.
