I was up, went for a walk, cleaned the apartment and played ball with my dogs.

Just my shoulder is a bit sore from washing floors, I think. But my lower back and knots feel much better.

Healing is a process and it takes time.

The first three Body Stress Release sessions are designed to kickstart your body’s natural healing response. Each session allows the nervous system to release deeper layers of stored tension and adjust to changes made during the previous session.

For best results, we encourage clients to complete all three sessions within the first 7 to 11 days. This consistency helps your body fully respond to the releases and experience the greatest benefit from BSR.

Stopping after one or two session may limit the progress your body is capable of making during this initial phase.
