This is happening again!!
We are blessed with a baby girl due end of January 🥹! Thank you and for the amazing opportunity to be part of the dream team 🙏.
This year I learned so many new skills: C section scar care with LPG and Lymphatouch, PelviPower electromagnetic field therapy and expanded my knowledge on postnatal care, abdominal - visceral mobilisation and pelvic pain care for men and women. It’s been EPIC!!! 💥
Obviously now I’ll take a bit of time out from after Christmas- I’m still available in clinic until then.
Thank you everyone for my lovely treat to help me relax and unwind while preparing for another birth. 🙏💖

Simple solution to some very common knee niggles 👀

Improper alignment whilst working out can exuberate any muscle imbalances, and just tweaking your position can make the difference between pain and no pain!
