Padel has (pronounced "PA-DEL" or so I'm told) has take the world by storm, with approximately 176 courts running in South Africa and still growing.

Although this is a fantastic sport and way to keep active, fuel your competitive side and get outside, it is important that you adequately condition your body for the demands of the sport in order to help avoid injury and to bring more enjoyment to the game.
