Lower back stretch – On all fours, arch your back, hold, then return to a ‘table’ position.
Child’s pose – Sit back on your shins, stretch arms forward, and rest your head down.
Hip openers – Sit with knees wide apart, feet near your pelvis to ease stiffness.
Neck stretch – While seated, extend your neck side to side, shoulders relaxed.
Pelvic tilts – Stand, tilt your pelvis forward, hold, then tilt it back.
